Happy New YEAR! 5 sleeps until we get on that airplane!! We have been in a packing frenzy! God bless John who has the gift of packing (yes, it IS a gift). He has single handedly conquered the clutter of our room and our suitcases are lined up ready to go. The girls are over the top excited, although, I don't think they fully comprehend how much their lives will change again. There was a spider in the bath tub tonight and I think it was God's way of easing me back in. Naomi was particularily concerned about it...inspecting the bath water just in case.... oh girl.. hang on!
Tonight I am asking for prayers. A lot has to come together for travelling and adjusting.
Pray for:
- Clear roads driving to Calgary and God's protection over our vehicle
- Grace and peace over the kids as we travel
- Easy, safe flights
- Details of vehicle insurance, house, etc upon return to be quick and the finances to accomplish
- Continued favor and vision in ministry
- Protection over our home and family
